Table layout ordering

First paragraph

Testcase :

• The 3 paragraphs are stacked (display: table-row)
• The first paragraph appears at bottom (display: table-footer-group)
• The third paragraph appears at top (display: table-header-group)

Table Layout is OK on every modern browsers (Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome) even since IE8

Note that display: table-row, display: table-header-group and display: table-footer-group don't accept paddings, and generated content isn't rendered on Webkit (Chrome, Safari).
